That's good, because I kind of doubted it myself for a while.

But yeah. It's been... something.

... Are you going to go back to Corona, then?

... Yeah. [ he shrugs ] I'm-- I'm not looking forward to the jailtime, but. At least-- at least my dad's okay now. [ supposedly. ] What about you?

Mm... I'm going home. Dragon said with the ink that's left, I can make it so I'm not poisoned anymore... but I do want to look into it more. And there are still things I need to do.

... If there's anything I can do for you, though, please let me know.

That's great! I'm glad you've at least got that problem fixed.

[ through all the suffering in this game some good things came out of it... varian shrugs a bit at her offer ]

I don't think so. Just... don't think of yourself as a monster anymore? Unless that makes you feel good. I don't know.

It's just all I've known, for a long time. I'll have to keep... reminding myself.

You do that. I don't think anyone else here will be happy if they hear you thought that again. [ though, speaking of... ] Is anyone going with you?

[ Which is fine, she thinks. A lot of people already have their own plans. ]

In that case, I should-- you said you wanted to look deeper into the stuff, even though you were going to be fixed, right? I can leave you some notes. It probably won't be completely accurate, but it might help you get started.
